If we got 2 soup bases it would have been $35. The spicy pork broth was so yummy. We just got the 1 soup and they just add water on the other half of the pot. Offering is easy since it's by the iPad. But you still have to flag down your server to use the iPad. Tip: make sure to check your receipt. They charged us for the sauce bar even though we didn't use it. ($3.99/pp) They took it off once we notified them. ”

“ I love hot pot and Haidilao hits the spot! They have the set up where they have the divider if you have more than 1 person so each person has their soup base. You order everything on the iPad so add your meats, seafood, veggies, noodles etc. I love getting the dancing noodles since it's such a great show to get freshly made hand cut noodles. Add your sauces to get more flavor or spice. Soooo delicious. A robot delivers your food but the humans (lol) also check on you too. Very attentive service. Restaurant was decorated for Chinese New Year so it was beautiful inside. This location is located at Century City mall on the second floor. ”

“ Haidilao is my favorite Chinese New Year tradition. Even though I'm far from my family, getting the tomato soup base always brings nostalgia and I don't think I'll ever not love this place. The location was beautifully decorated in preparation for the Year of the Snake with adorable cartoon snakes and 福 banners all over. The dancing noodles are also a favorite of mine, and I love how much the performer seems to enjoy doing it, especially when he whips the noodles at our faces . I haven't seen these desserts on previous visits so of course I had to order them and they did not disappoint. Service at this location was excellent. I've been here previously and there weren't enough Mandarin speakers, but this time there was a healthy mix of Mandarin and English speakers. ”

“ Been a while since we visited, but very glad we did. We realized how much we enjoyed coming here! We were 17th in line, but were seated in about 15 mins so no complaint there. Got seated and it was a busy Sunday evening! We loved the vibe as it was lively. We ordered quite a bit not remembering the portion size.. 4 different meats, baby squid, tripe, assorted mushroom combo, 2 rice bowls, full orders of Napa cabbage and bok choy just for 2 people. Everything was fresh and it tasted very nice. We also tried 4 different broths..all absolutely rich in flavor. We ended up cooking the rest and took it to go. Our bill was around $200, but the service was so great we added a 25% tip to it. They started using the robot to bring you foods as well, but I noticed it required staff attention from time to time. Overall, we'll definitely be back as we enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend to anyone who's thinking about it! 5 stars! ”

“ I love haidilao and this locations meets expectations! For a Saturday night, we were seated within 45 minutes. Service was great at this spot too. We got the sukiyaki and Tom yum broths. Our go-to order at hot pot places. The sukiyaki wasn't overpowering with sugar, which I liked, and Tom yum wasn't too spicy or sour. The beef toro was amazing, highly marbled and so tender. Short rib was good quality as well. On the more expensive side, but food was good. ”

“ Fun experience! Located in the Westfield Century City Mall, the place itself is spacious and cute. It's always busy, so I highly recommend making reservations. We tried two different soup bases, but you can order up to four. We went with Miso and Tom Yum, and my personal favorite was the Tom Yum soup base. You place your order through an iPad, which is pretty cool. After selecting your meats and veggies, you can also opt for the seasonal buffet option. It includes various sauces, veggies, fruits, crackers, potato salad, and mushroom salad. I definitely recommend adding the buffet, as I think it's necessary for the full experience. For protein and veggies, I recommend the fish balls, fried bean curd rolls, and Udon noodles. However, there are plenty of options to choose from. Your order is delivered by a robot, which was super fun! The restaurant staff is also very helpful, especially if you're new to this type of dining experience. The place is a bit pricey. The veggies and steaks, in particular, are somewhat overpriced for the portion size. I also think the buffet should be included rather than charged separately, as there's no way to enjoy sauces with your hotpot otherwise. As an experience, it was fun, but I don't think I'll be a regular. ”
